With the support of Low Carbon Dorset & The National Lottery Heritage Fund, PV panels installed at The Town Mill

A fantastic suite of Photovoltaic panels were installed at the Town Mill  by Flexeco this September.

This project is part of our wider regeneration plan for the site which includes a commitment to sustainable and renewable energy.

Part-funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Low Carbon Dorset  as well as The National Lottery Heritage Fund, this project could not have been achieved without our  sponsors' support.

Low Carbon Dorset was set up by Dorset Council and is part-funded by the UK Government.  The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is a central pillar of the UK government’s Levelling Up agenda and provides local investment aimed at improving amongst other things, pride in place as well as supporting local business, people and skills

Using money raised by National Lottery players, The National Lottery Heritage Fund supports projects that connect people and communities with the UK's Heritage. The installation of these Photovoltaic panels is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we have been able to move forward with this renewable energy project which is one of a number of projects in the overall regeneration of The Town Mill, aimed at making heritage efficient and accessible for a modern world.
